While Master Data Management is more than just a technology strategy, getting the technical detail right is vital to for a successful MDM solution that can deliver business value. The articles here on Mastering Data Management can help with articulating the MDM Vision and Value, but for the technical details developerWorks, with an extensive library of technical content, is the place to go.
A great starting point for finding relevant information is the MDM Developers group, which has a comprehensive collection of resources both on developerWorks and beyond, from MDM Server best practices, to multimedia modules for MDM Server for Product Information Management.
The MDM Developers group is part of the developerWorks community, so it offers more than just an index to useful articles; it also provides developers with the opportunity to expand their professional network and collaborate with experts to solve problems and share knowledge.
The group already has over 100 members, from IBM experts like Stephanie Hazlewood, familiar faces from the wider MDM community like Dan Power, to IBM Champions like Ivo-Paul Tummers, and there's always room for more!
We have a few things planned for the group, like new video tutorials, but there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. Here are just a few ideas if you are interested in participating:

Answer questions or ask others for help.

On the subject of meeting face-to-face, I would like to take this opportunity to mention that the Information on Demand conference is just around the corner, which is the perfect place to find other MDM developers. If you have signed up for the conference and would like to find out more about developerWorks, head over to booth 309-10 on the tradeshow floor where you'll find Branavan and Justin, who I'm sure will be eager to give you a demo!

And so hot off the press it isn't even finished yet, the latest MDM Workbench White Paper for MDM version 10... actually it has barely been started but I wanted to try updating the previous white papers collaboratively to get updates out more quickly, and give MDM developers an opportunity to shape the content directly. I hope this will be the best white paper yet when it's finished!
